3 days of learning for £150
This course is spaced over 3 days, 2 weekends
Over three sessions at Mount Cook Adventure Centre, you'll receive hands-on coaching from two of our activity team members, with time spent both in our new Learning Lodge and on the Archery Ranges. Expect a friendly, supportive environment designed to help you develop accuracy, control, and an understanding of proper technique.

Age: Requirement: 12+

DAY 1 (11/04/26)
8:45 - Arrive and refreshment
9:00 - Meet your instructor, basic techniques (stance, aiming & finger positioning), how to string a bow and practice session
13:00 - Finish
DAY 2 (12/04/26)
8:45 - Arrive ad refreshment
9:00 - String repairs, fletching arrows, equipment storage and practice session
13:00 - Finish
DAY 3 (18/04/26)
8:45 - Arrive and refreshment
9:00 - Competition archery, peer review and a final recap of all the skills learnt

About Mount Cook
Mount Cook is a not-for-profit outdoor activity centre based near Matlock on the outskirts of the Peak District. We are independently owned, and work with a wide variety of groups including schools, apprentices, corporate team building, charity retreats and many more. We have a highly trained team of passionate staff who will look after you from initial enquiry until when you leave our centre. Our activities are designed to make memories and develop key skills through hands on outdoor learning!
