Book your onsite activities as part of your £100 Holiday stay at Mount Cook Adventure Centre!
Activities will take place in the morning of the second and third day of your stay, starting at 9.30, and the afternoon of your second day, starting at 13.15. Each activity will be on a ratio of 1:12 for instructors to participants.
Archery & Bush Craft
With Archery, our highly trained instructors will teach you how to successfully shoot a modern recurve bow from up to 10 metres away. This activity is a fantastic opportunity to learn a new skill whilst developing dexterity, precision and control.
Our knowledgeable Bush Craft instructors will then teach your group the essential skills to survive in the wilderness, whilst keeping the protection of the environment in mind. Groups will experience and develop skills such as fire-lighting techniques, plant identification, natural cordage, animal tracking and shelter construction. Bush Craft presents a fantastic opportunity to learn a wide range of new skills, and develop an appreciation and a sense of respect for the natural world.
